Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
