T Bar clamps are the strongest clamps available and will not twist or warp under any amount of load. These clamps are constructed from a thick T cross section made of high quality cold drawn steel. Cold drawn steel has greater tensile strength than standard hot rolled steel making these clamps capable of heavy duty, high pressure clamping, comfortably exerting up to 19000N of pressure on the workpiece. Used to clamp the largest scale projects where a considerable clamping force is required such as cabinets, doors, worktops and panels. The clamping head and slide are made from grey cast iron and are guaranteed not to break during use. Both the slide and head feature flat bottoms for unsupported clamping and drilled feet for more permanent bench mounting. The jaws are slightly tapered inwards towards each other so when under clamping pressure they become parallel for positive non slip clamping.

The head and slide are epoxy powder coated for durability and have been precision machined so that they glide freely and easily along the main bar. The slide can be positioned anywhere on the bar using the predrilled locating holes and is held firmly in position using a solid steel pin. This sturdy steel pin will not bend or break even under maximum load. The head features an extremely hard-wearing steel rolled acme thread which enables smooth, fast clamping. A steel tommy bar coupled with the fast action thread enables the maximum force to be exerted onto your work piece with ease. Supplied in packs of 4.
